At Active Fitness all classes are designed to be fun, challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. Each week the classes are varied to keep you interested and challenged, with such small groups, sessions are also designed around my clients for a more personlized workout.

BOXING: A 60min workout that includes boxing drills and cardio for building strength and stamina whilst having fun - suitable for all fitness levels.
- CIRCUIT: A 60min circuit class that combines cardio and strength, for an energizing and challenging workout - suitable for all fitness levels.
- FAT BURNER: A 30-45min high intensity strength and cardio session. Designed to push your fitness to the next level. You will be challenged and pushed hard.
- FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: A 45 - 60 min session that has a different feel each week, combining both strength and cardio for a full body workout.
- DESIGN YOUR OWN SESSION: If you have a group of 5 or more, choose a day and time that suits you and have a group fitness session personlized just for your group.
