Active Fitness is a small studio, where the focus is on you only - there is no one else working out around you. If you find exercising with a friend more motivational, then why not get together for some group Personal Training, you can do one on one, or a group of 2 or 3.
You can bring the children along to any of your personal training sessions - they can play in the toy room, while you train. Personal Training sessions are a non-intimidating, personalized way to train - each session YOU are the focus as we design exercise and nutrition programs based on your personal goals.
