GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE:
- Monday 6.30pm - Boxing
- Tuesday 9.30am - Fat Burner
- Tuesday 6pm - Fat Burner
- Weds 9.30am - Circuit
- Thursday 9.30am - Boxing
- Thurs 6pm - circuit/Functional Fitness
Children are welcome at all Group Fitness sessions and are your responsiblity.

Times for Personal Training are very flexible and can be made between 5.30am through to 8.30 pm, monday to friday, weekend times vary and can be arranged on a week to week basis.
